Salotto 2022 – Registrations are now open

MIX Salotto, the most highly anticipated B2B event by telecom operators in Italy, will be held in Milan on November 29th, promoted by MIX – Milan Internet eXchange.

Now in its sixteenth year, the MIX annual event returns to its successful pre-pandemic format that encourages participation from company directors, technical managers, experts and industry journalists. The event will be also availabe in on demand streaming.

Over the years, MIX Salotto has established itself as an unmissable event for operators in the Telco sector. Thanks to the newfound possibility of meeting in person, it offers a much-missed opportunity to meet, network and exchange opinions and knowledge in an informal environment.

To facilitate meetings and enhance the visibility of sponsors, two different stations will be available for one-to-one meetings, as well as an exhibit area with stands where event partners can present products and services. Stands and locations for one-to-one meetings will be adjacent to the catering services area to encourage business conversations while sipping a coffee or enjoying a pastry.

The day will open with the usual discussion panel of institutions and industry experts on issues related to the digital development of the country with a look at the international context. In the wake of last year’s success, the management of the afternoon agenda will again be entrusted to three groups of volunteers. The programme committees will be made up of experts who have applied to organise three technical sessions on the topics voted by the MIX community in a July survey: Datacentres and IXs in Italy, European funds and projects – opportunities for companies in the Telco sector, and National Cloud one year on: what’s new.

At the end of the sessions, the participants in the MIX Salotto will be able to vote for their favourite and, as always, ask questions and interact with the speakers.

At the end of the day, a toast is scheduled to greet the participants and begin planning the next event.
