MIX is a company founded in 2000 after an agreement was signed by a group of 28 operators that embody the leading Italian internet companies.
Over the years, following mergers, sales of business units and sometimes bankruptcies, MIX’s corporate structure has changed and today there are 16 companies registered in the Shareholders’ Register, each with a share of the share capital not exceeding 15% of the total, as per the By-laws.
